They clearly identify their values, principles and end goals. They make sure that all their actions are leading them in the right direction and are aligning them with this mission.

They prioritise the tasks that will have the biggest impact on their lives and goals. They recognise what is urgent and what is not. They delegate the tasks they can and can say "no" to what doesn't serve them.
Habit 4: Think Win-Win® …
They see others as community over competition. They recognise that one person's success is not at the expense of another's. They find a solution that is mutually beneficial.
Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood® …
They listen before they speak. They diagnose a problem before prescribing a solution. They listen with empathy.
Habit 6: Synergize® …
They recognise that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. They value people's differences and unique traits and seek creative cooperation that leverages the power of a team or collaboration.
Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw®
They recognise their greatest asset and investment is themselves. They take time to rest, recharge and care for themselves.

- Spiritual
- Mental
- Social/emotional
